Hardware kit includes all the screws, nuts, bolts ,fasteners needed. Plus blocks, eye straps, snaps, line 1/4 Dacron 55', 3/8 Dacron 15' & 1/8 Dacron 50', belaying pin. Not included: the hardware to build the hull / rowing version. Also not included: rudder hardware. and tiller bushing, you can use a copper or plastic pipe 1/4" x 1"
