At Hats, we want to ensure your headwear fits perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Hat

  Place the hat in its original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent to prevent crushing and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
